By ordering from UNEX, you agree to the following terms.

Orders

Orders can be placed via WhatsApp or through our online checkout. All prices are listed in LKR and may change without prior notice.

Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (island-wide) and online payments via our payment partner. Online card payments are processed securely by our payment provider — UNEX does not store your card details.

Delivery

We deliver island-wide across Sri Lanka. See our Delivery & Shipping Policy for delivery charges and timeframes.

Product Information

We do our best to display accurate product images, descriptions, and pricing. Minor variations in color or packaging may occur.

Warranty

Products are covered against manufacturing defects as described in our Refund & Return Policy. Physical damage after delivery due to misuse is not covered.
